2 Procedures :
Estimated completion� : 17th January 2023 (Design work)� — Date updated 16th Jan 2023, pending further revision if any.
- GST 8% :
- We will be revising our prices to include the 8% GST (previously 7%).� Majority of the products’ prices — we are absorbing that 1%, but as a rule of thumb for GST Taxing purposes — we have to state it as 8%.
- Upgrading of Website Design — in-Progress — Designing and implementation planning (Shifting to a different customised theme for better browsing and shopping experience).�
- Pending final testing of the Website Design and New Features. Site is expected to go LIVE on 17th January 2023.
Effect of the above procedures :�
- During the 2nd week of January, we will turn the Eshop to Catalog mode while we update the data and the site design.
- Once the new design is ready to go live, we will have Maintenance page up (Pricelist is still accessible from there).
- Once LIVE, we will email all customers with the news.
** Taking this chance to deactivate and remove errant users (fake accounts or long time no access our eshop).
Criteria of removal of customers from shop :
- Fake Accounts = Email addresses are invalid. (Mail bounce back – Mail undeliverable)
- Long time no access = More than 1 year — if you need to access the site for ordering, please register again.
